Was in the area for work and ran into this hole in the wall diner. It's a family ran type place where everyone seems to know everyone. It is small! But to my surprise the food was excellent if you love southern style food. Of course I went the country fried steak, fried okra, and Mac and cheese, all homemade. It was awesome. Friendly staff.
Food was pretty good. Went around lunch time and it was fairly busy. Prices are average, and the desert table was stocked up with some good old fashioned pies. Worth driving a little out of the way to get good country cooking. Servers were very friendly, much like you would expect in the South. Don't blink or you will miss the little town of Gladeville. Highly recommended if you are in the area or nearby.

It seems to be hit or miss. One visit is great the next. Not so much. I wish they could deliver consistent qualify food and service
