Okay place for the kids but prepare to spend money. The wait time for food is abominable and when it comes it’s so little.
But on the plus side the kids love it and would want to go back... I personally won’t.
Very disorganized. A lot of employees but only a few working. New card system lacks a lot to be desired. Doesn't always work on all games. Very sporadic. Need to open up a third register. They have a self service but is not user friendly. Nice facility but needs someone with some knowledge to manage it.
At first the kids were really disappointed that there wasn't a "playground", they wanted a ball pit and tunnels. The kids ended up having a good time, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars. There were no "adults" working, no one seemed to know what was going on, or they didn't care. Half of the games were either broke or out of tickets. When it came to cashing out tickets, only 2 of the 6 counters were working. I stood at the food counter forever before anyone even looked up; the food was mediocre. The place was obnoxiously loud, I'm fine with kids laughing and having fun, but the loud games and the 5 songs that played on repeat were horrible. Chuck E Cheese is not the kid friendly place I remember, it seemed more like Dave and Buster's. At least this one still serves alcohol...
Clean venue. Great staff. Kids love it. Decent food and alcohol for parents. ;)
I have never paid so much in my life for such tiny pizza! It’s a shame, really that you have to pay so much for tiny food in a place where kids play. Kids eat. So make sure they eat somewhere first before they go play so whatever you order would be something just to snack on.
The party for the kids was interrupted by the rudest employee I have ever seen. We were doing a presentation for the gifts, and she walks over and interrupts this by not even saying excuse me. She put her hands in the air as if she was going to give an announcement, and starts discussing a bill as if we were all pitching in on it. Who does this? Chickie Cheese in MT Juliet does this. She looked so unprofessional, I had to interrupt her speech and ask her to leave. Some how she didn't understand what that meant, she began trying to explain the bill to me. Finally I directed her away from our celebration by telling her I would take care of the bill and she was being rude and harassing the young parents throwing the party. I paid the tab billed at 193.00 with two one hundred dollar bills, and they had the nerve to hold the money to the light as if it had to be inspected for fraud. I politely explained to this employee that her actions were very unprofessional. She didn't even apologize. She simply stated she didn't know.. Yeah right.. I know chuckie cheese is not a prepaid facility and never ever had I heard or seen an employee bring a bill to the table and discuss it, like she was expecting a tip. Just rude. I asked her to take the parents who threw this party that she embarrassed there 50 dollar deposit back with an apology. She didn't do it. Another employee brought them there deposit and he apologized.. Seemed like this lady wanted to cause some sort of drama behind her actions. She did, chuckie cheese will never get my money again.
So it was a one time and done event for me.
