The worst customer service from one specific person! When I made my appt I told the rep that I would try and be there by 9am, but due to work, it might be during my lunch break. They said no problem. I got there at 11:15 and the Hertz rep Michael M. had just left. The wonderful Price's Collision desk agent called him and he said he would be back by 12:10. He was not back at 12:30 so I called him directly and left a msg that I was at the site and asked when he would return. At 1pm he still had not come back and I called again and left a msg. At 1:30 he finally came back. I waited almost 2 hrs! The dialogue or lack of in his office was appalling. He never apologized for being late, in fact he said he wouldn't give an apology. He never looked at me and never spoke to me unless absolutely necessary. Another customer had waited an hour for him to return. He did not care one bit. He walked me to the rental, handed me my paperwork and walked away. The rudest rep I've ever encountered. Be sure to NOT go on a day when Michael is working. Hertz should be ashamed to hire someone with such a lack of customer service or even the decency to explain their absence and try to smooth it over.

Worst customer service and liars. They called me on 3/31/17 at 11am and left a message that my insurance will pay for my rental until the 4th of April. I returned the phone call to confirm on that same Friday and they confirmed that the car needs to be checked back in on the 4th of April. On 4th of April I returned their vehicle, and 2 days later my bank account was charged without any explanation. To make the long story short, I called and the manager for this branch admitted to their mistake and was submitting the paperwork for refund, but the fact is, he was lying he never submitted the paperwork, and lied even when I was doing a follow up on it. Until I called customer service on 4/17/17, that is when I found out that there was nothing submitted.

Great service ..... Will return there for more rentals......

I had a very good experience with hertz after my wreck

Staff did not show up on time, the location was supposed to be opened at 7 am and he didn't arrive until 9 am. The excuse was that he had a long drive... We ended up having to wait 3 hours and be driven to a different location, in another city, in another county, in order to get a car on a reservation made one week in advance. No apologies where given the entire time and he acted like he was being put out by assisting us.

I will NEVER use this location again and the experience has definitely shook my confidence with this company. In fact, I returned my car the next day just to be able to take my business to a more friendly establishment.
