This was done through an insurance company and was charged for a service of insurance I thought I needed for protection. Once I advised the center they took it off but would not refund the original days I had the service. They are very greedy people and made a good penny on me as I had the vehicle north of a month and had no intentions of helping me resolve the issue

Retrieving my rental car (online registration) was easy-peasy! Customer service was great! I had the car for a week, and there were no problems with it whatsoever. It had great mileage too! It is highly likely that I will rent from Enterprise again.
I was recently rear ended so the liable insurance company paid for my rental (they chose enterprise) while my car was in the shop. Upon returning the rental vehicle, I am told I have a $100+ fee for a damage waiver. The car was returned just as I had picked it up. Enterprise was supposed to work that out with the liable insurance company the day I received the rental. Turns out they didn't! No one at the store had a good explanation as to what the fee was and why I was paying that fee. As I struggled to understand what was going on, none of the other employees or management cared to help. Now I am having to take time out of my work schedule to take care of an issue for enterprise. Not the first time I have had terrible customer service from enterprise. Unfortunately I had no choice but to use what the insurance company had selected.
I made a mistake and reserved a SUV for Thanksgiving on the wrong date. As you know they were out of cars if you didn't reserve one ahead of time. I walked into the Mt. Juliet location and asked if they had anything at all for a family of 4 and Jillian worked his magic and let me rent a F150. It was an amazing experience! The truck had plenty of room, it was safe and comfortable for all of us. I usually drive right past this location and go to the Lebanon one. But I will never do that again!! Thank you so much for saving our Thanksgiving.
