We moved here, from CA, in June. The sellers were supposed to get our roof repaired. There was a significant leak, above the garage and the flashing need replacing under our dormer windows.
All we received was a letter to state that repairs were carried out, they were not. The boards behind the dormer windows were rotted and NOT repaired. Now we are replacing the roof with a very reputable company!
The roofing crew removed a large area of the roof at the end of the day, left, leaving the interior of the home exposed to water damage with a chance of rain forecast. Had to call the company rep and insist the crew return and waterproof the roof. When we attempted to install the wood siding materials that were removed to install the wall flashing, we realized the flashing had been installed incorrectly. When the company reps that were overseeing the project were made aware of the problem, they failed to respond properly. We had no choice other than to modify all the siding materials in order to get the home waterproofed.
I recently had Blake w/ Austermiller Roofing redo my roof and couldn't be happier. They were wonderful to work with and had the entire roof replaced in one day. Came back to clean up the following day. He walked us through color choices and helped us pick one we never thought about but it looks amazing against our brick and new siding.
This company should be avoided!!!!!!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better or easier experience than with Austermiller roofing. I had some bad wind/storm damage to my roof and called them as soon as i could as my roof was leaking inside. A guy named Blake showed up and helped tarp my roof in the pouring rain until they could get it repaired. I discussed options with Blake that evening and the next day I decided to go ahead and replace the whole roof. Easy process with these guys. My family and I would use them again without question.
