First purchase from Ashley homestore. Very pleasant experience. The name of our sales associate is Kyle and he helped us in showing all the available models. He got us best price possible. The people are really nice here. Good place to shop.
I was immediately greeted by Doris upon entering the store. There were several pieces I was shopping for but, had not previously viewed the inventory. Doris was very nice and showed me a few items to considered and shared the store specials with me. Upon placing my order, she and the store manager were very helpfule in getting the best deal for delivery and warranty for my items. I spoke with Doris a few days later regarding a change to an item and she was very helpful with that process. She was not present when I went back to finalize the order, however, the Ashley team helped to make the change in addition to ordering another item I found that day. The staff in this store has it right! Excellent customer service and friendly staff.
My wife and I decided it was time for some new furniture and Ashley was having a grand opening in Mount Juliet TN, so, we went in to see what they had. We were greeted by Doris, who was very nice, she said her name and told us to browse and if we had questions to come and see her. Well, my wife narrowed it down to 3 different couches, a chair and rocker recliner. Doris was very patient with us while we decided which it would be for the couch, the chair and rocker were a definite purchase. Now, we wait for delivery, which is a little long coming. So, let's make a very long story short! It was a great shopping experience! Thank you Doris!!

We just purchased a beautiful coffee table about a week ago. They delivered it to our home promptly. The entire experience was great from the point that we walked into the store and to the time that it was delivered. The sales person was very helpful and not pushy. The item that we purchased was much less than other stores that we had looked at. Ashley furniture store kept in contact with us about the delivery time and date so it was not stressful for us to have to wonder when they would show up.
