Good sales. Unfortunately the customer service staff in the back are completely rude and unfriendly, cutting you off while trying to ask a question. Don’t bother trying to check out in the front, either. Lines are backed up and wait times average around 25 minutes. Next time I’ll order online or try another location.

Now, someone tell me why JCPenney is going out of business - Because it can't be because of their Great Customer Service Skills?? NOT!!
On 1 June 2017, I walked up to the Jewelry counter. There was no other customers there. There was to older women behind one of the counters, one of the women walked out towards me and picked something up, then turned around and walked back and continued to do whatever they were doing. Then a couple of minutes later, both women walked out, one towards me and the other to another customer that just walked up to them. Then another customer just walked up closer to the woman and she stopped to help her and looked towards me and stated she would be with me in a few minutes. REALLY? I stood there at this counter waiting and two other people just walk up and get waited on? I turned around and asked another employee if there was a manager on duty, she got on the radio and whoever said that they were to busy to come up to the front of the store. Okay? I cannot get waited on at the jewelry counter and I cannot get a manager to come up to voice my opinion to them either..
It was good but can't get through the aisles and the girl who checked us out acted like she hated her life
I'll go spend my money anywhere but there...
