Great store with good deals, but the customer service is lacking.

If I could give this a zero star I would. I have been shopping at ross for almost 10 years now. My husband and I have been shopping at this ross location for a while now. Ross is my favorite store. We went into this store Saturday morning and the young lady who was a security follow my husband around the whole time, even to the cash register. I really didn't like it so I mention to the supervisor and security I know almost everyone whom worked there just to try to ease both our minds. News flash not all african americans steal and we work hard for our money and makes more than the both of you. We will never shop at Ross again and has alert almost every one we know both Caucasian and african americans just because of this. Please know to never judge a book by its cover!
Outlet clothing store selling large range of items. Restrooms and changing rooms aren't always clean. Hard to find trendy items here.
The worst customer service I have ever seen. After I checked out a $110.00 worth of stuff, I stood by the door waiting on my friends to finish checking out and literally the my cart was snatched away from my hands and slammed into the cashier booth by the security guy "Michael". When I approached him asking why I was treated like that he reply saying "the Cart was in the way" and when I said but this is not a way to treat your customers he point at where the corporate phone number was and says feel free to call and complain about me I expect no less. no apologies! nothing! his picture is attached . I called the manager , Shivon, to the front she cried and went to the back saying "its already stressful as is" i'm not sure how such an emotional manager can manage a whole store with such rude employees. I'm not sure if this is a racism thing because of the origin of our nationality or what but it sure felt like it. I need to know what kind of action will be taken with Michael and his manager.
