In July I got into a fender bender and I needed my Tuscan back for a trip to NYC. The Lebanon shop fulfilled their promise and I was on the road in my suv as good as new.
The second time I had an accident, it was very minor and the repairs took TWO WEEKS!!!! Right now I'm very dissatisfied with Price's. I don't understand why it took TWO WEEKS. I heard excuses after excuses, call backs after call backs. Ridiculous.
This is the 3rd repair that I have had done at Price's and have never been disappointed.
The first time I had my vehicle repaired the whole process went smoothly and the repair was outstanding. The entire front end of the car was destroyed in a collision and the repairs took about five days. Highly satisfied with the outcome. Beautiful repair work.
Every one was very pleasant and apologetic but that doesn't satisfy my, I don't want to say anger but I'll say my strong disapproval of the company.
Shelly was great! I messed up the door of my car with some touch up paint. Other body shops around town were quoting me hundreds more than Price’s. They were very quick too. Would definitely recommend!

Shelly at Price's is the absolute best!! She was so very helpful when my daughter's car got rear ended recently. I couldn't get answers from the insurance company, so Shelly sat with my daughter and I and explained everything to us and called the insurance company herself, while we were there. She kept us informed throughout the entire repair and was always kind, considerate and very knowledgeable.
