I really am not a bad sport but I cannot help but believe the "Dear Santa" contest is an inside job. My friend was nominated from her whole family and friends! she's 37 , on disability, and has two children. a 15 year old boy with special needs, autism and intellectually disabled with other health issues that require several Dr appointments and a 2 year old little girl. My friend is the most caring and giving person that I know. she gives to others while doing without herself. her family and I wrote in ALL of the letters that it doesn't have to be the new SUV but just something reliable to get her from point A to point B. her and her spouse do have a 2003 chevy trail blazer with over 200,000 miles on it, it's on its last legs and they cannot afford to fix everything that is wrong with it. we are not saying that she is more deserving than anyone, but that she does deserve a little something. thanks two rivers Ford, waste of our time.
Wonderful dealership. The quicklane is a great place to get your vehicle worked on. Nathan is super knowledgeable and works fast. He is constantly booked up because he has a loyal following because of his work.
I have bought my last 5 new vehicle from Two Rivers Ford and always had great experiences and I have always had all my service work done at Two Rivers. But today I am done with there service department. I pulled in to get a simple oil change knowing that it takes longer then getting it done at a quick service place. The clerk told me it would take about a hour and a half so I said ok. Well been waiting for 2 hours and still not been started yet. Not the way I want to spend the day. I could understand if it was some type of repair but just a simple oil change.
We bought one of our Ford's here 5 years ago and for the most part had a decent experience with follow up service here. Then Saturday happened. I waited patiently until they opened at 8AM to speak to the service department because the night before we had to have our 2016 Ford towed because it died on me Friday night. I wasn't able to stay with the car until the tow truck showed up because it was 7:30PM and it was 30 degrees out and I had no heat in the car. The tow truck wasn't going to be able to get to my car until 8:30. I confirmed with Roadside assistance and the tow truck driver that they would take our car to Two River's Ford. It was after hours so the tow truck driver said he'd have to leave it outside the gates. Fine. Whatever. When the guy answered my call Saturday morning and I explained what happened (he barely let me get the words out of my mouth) he said I don't know where your car is. It could be anywhere. If the gates were closed I don't know where your car is. I called roadside service to make sure they took it to Two River's and after some research they said the cat was taken to Miracle Ford in Gallatin. I called them and they said they didn't have the car. For most of Saturday we had no idea where our car was. The poor tow truck driver was called on his day off by his district manager to ask him where our car was. Low and behold he confirmed it was at Two River's. This guy who was so rude and short with me sent us on a wild goose chase even wondering at one point if we should call the police to see if our car was stolen. I didn't have a car to drive out and check out where our car was to confirm where our broken car was. This guy dismissed me. He was rude and had zero interest in trying to find our car...to see where it was. We then requested our car be towed to Bates Ford. We have had much better service there. We will never give Two River's another dime.
Just found out exactly what service means there. Spent over 60k there on a new F250. Sticker says that there were skid plates and a block heater. No skid plates and you have to buy a kit to use the block heater. Wonder what else I will find. Only reason it go two stars, is because I still love my F250.
